Anyone ever been told on a interview that it takes 3 month to be notify if you get the position?
I'm under the impression that the interview went well. And no I'm not sitting home waiting for three month to see if I get this positon, I still contune to send my resume to other employers.

I have heard this before but obviously you can't wait around for 3 months which is silly.

It does happen as some companies interview dozens of candidates over 6 weeks or so and then take another 5-6 weeks to decide on the best candidate.
