Americans complain and blame the government for illegal aliens and then very american citizens hire illegal aliens clean their home or work for them below minimum wage. I think if people report about this kind of fraud more often, it will certainly have some impact. I happen to know a simular case, but I do not have a strong evidence to proof it even a guy proudly boasted that his brother paid to an american women to get a green card. I really can't stand dishonest people & it is just not good no matter what. I wish I can direct you better, but you can check out homeland security website also you can report them

Good Luck,

Unless there is a crime, there's nothing you can do. Sorry to break it to You but this person not even illegal anymore, since got married to a citizen. The person has a temporary green card which almost just as good as a regular. So unless this person does anything to report, she/he is a free (wo)man.

Report the alien to homeland security, giving them the alien's details and stating that you believe them to be an el-quadida member and that you are on the run from them as you fear that they will take you away to their boss at the white house and that they will try to enrole you into their gang and if you don't join then they wil send you to the camp for an x-ray!

I would say to turn him in as this is marriage fraud. Not right. Sounds like he is not a good candidate for staying in the US.

I wish we could deport them all. They are causing so much crime it's not funny.

I just saw something on San Diego news (I'm in Japan it's 2 weeks behind) but some mexicans kidnapped another mexican and held him hostage for 8 days for 2 million dollars.

This crap is getting old.

Call Immigrations..the numbers in the phone book, but you better have some hardcore evidence or something to back up your claim, if not, they might just laugh at your request..good luck

I believe your assumption is incorrect!!! You have to apply fro a green card unless things have changed!!! Which today is very possible!!

Well you can call ICE or USCIS. You know they do interviews with everyone and it's easy to spot fraud.
