I have found a job as Administrative Assistant. they say that i will be working in a traditional office. what does that mean? appearntely they don't use computers? do have an idea OR have you been working in such environment?

If they dont use computers, it sounds like you will be doing everything by hand/typewriter. Hope they are paying you enough!

Assuming your are female, in a 'Traditional' office you will spend your time getting coffees & teas for the men, answering their phones & taking mesages and arranging their meetings etc.

After about 5 years of this you will notice how you have never had a pay rise whilst the spotty kid who just joined is being paid 50% more to sit around & do nothing whilst you are expected to teach him how to use the phone ..
