This is my mom's Brownie recipe. It's gotta be the best thing in the history of the world!
Ingredients:
1 stick of margarine or butter
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 cup plain flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 lb. can chocolate (Hershey Syrup)
Mix and pour into pan 10x14
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes
Icing
1 stick margarine or butter
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
mix and cook 2 minutes - remove from heat and add one 6 oz package of chocolate chips
Pour over cake as soon as taken out of oven

INGREDIENTS:
CRUST
2 c. graham cracker or zwieback crumbs
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
FILLING
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tbls. lemon juice
4 8oz. pkgs. cream cheese
TOPPING
2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
4 tbls. sugar
MAKE THE CRUST
Melt the butter. Mix the butter with the crumbs, cinnamon and sugar. Press in the bottom of a springform pan. Chill.
MAKE THE FILLING
Preheat the oven to 375. Beat eggs, sugar and lemon juice together until light. Add the cream cheese and beat thoroughly. Pour the filling into the chilled pan and bake for 1 hour or until center is set.
MAKE THE TOPPING
Remove the cake from the oven. Increase the oven temperature to 475. Mix sour cream, vanilla and sugar together. Carefully pour on top of the cake. Bake for 10 more minutes. Turn off oven. Leaving oven door slightly ajar, leave cheesecake in oven 1 hour. Chill overnight then eat.

Peach Cobbler
Original recipe yield:
1 - 9x13 inch cobbler
PREP TIME 15 Min
COOK TIME 30 Min
READY IN 45 Min
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1 (29 ounce) can sliced canned peaches, drained
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugars, baking powder, salt and vanilla. Pour milk into dry ingredients and then stir in melted margarine. Mix thoroughly.
Pour mixture into a 9x13 inch baking pan. Arrange peaches on top and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.

Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream
(makes 1 quart)
Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups milk
2 1/4 cups heavy cream
1 cup sugar
1 vanilla bean, split lengthwise
1/4 teaspoon salt
6 egg yolks
Directions
- In a saucepan, scald milk and cream with 1/2 cup sugar, vanilla bean and salt until small bubbles appear; remove from heat.
- In a bowl, whisk egg yolks and remaining sugar. Add a little of the cooked milk mixture to the yolks. Then add the egg mixture to the cream mixture and cook over low heat, whisking constantly, till mixture coats a spoon. This will take about 15 minutes.
- Remove custard from heat and cool to room temperature. Scrape the vanilla seeds from the pod; throw pod away. Cover the custard and refrigerate until cold.
* Follow ice cream makers instructions for making the ice cream and freezing.

my homemade trail mixes and my favoriiiiiite homemade dessert is my home made vegan banana bread with oats and nuts and a dash of cinnamon, it's boommb! :) hehe..and i also reallllly like all the random food combinations i make-up all the time, ahha it's fun to create new thannngs hehe.xxoxox
