And God created every living creature from water. Some of them walk on their bellies, some walk on two legs, and some walk on four. God creates whatever He wills. God is Omnipotent. [Qur'an 24:45]

I was 'carried' in my mother's womb ... but that was 'only the beginning' of who I am ... physically, I came from my mother's ovum and my father's sperm. Spiritually, I came from God, from the 'exact moment' that the sperm 'invaded' that ovum ... but who I am NOW is the 'result' of my WHOLE LIFE and not just that 'first joining' ... and I thank God that I had the chance to grow ... both inside and outside my mother's womb.
