I worked as a Special Education Teacher’s Assistant for about 9 yrs before deciding
I needed a change and going back to school to gat an associates degree in business administration. I am currently working towards a bachelor’s in organizational psychology. Jobs I have researched requires experience, which I have very little of. When I graduated high school I worked as a data collector for Dikita Enterprises where I was commissioned as an intern for Dallas Area Rapid Transit working data analysis and data input. However, as I stated my experiences are limited in those areas and it was years ago. What can I do with what I have? Are there any jobs that will hire someone with basically no experience?

I was recruited straight out of college to work for the U.S. government with a degree and no experience (except for waitressing). If your major is in a high-demand subject, that can happen. However, most employers that would hire someone with a Bachelor's and no experience will not view your Associate's degree as favorably. Internships and work-study programs are the best way to get your foot in the door.
