this is a trick question!! everyone knows that Eve ate of the apple first right. and how the serpent talked her into it right. she later talked Adam into eating too. and when he did... they both suddenly noticed they were naked. so why didn't Eve feel this way BEFORE Adam ate of the apple? because GOD TOLD HIM (Adam) the MAN who was made to rule the earth and be head of all things!! NOT TO EAT from that apple tree. it was MAN who disobeyed GOD. that is why as soon as he did... their eyes were opened. so as the story goes GOD never told Eve not to eat. but Adam did tell Eve that GOD forbid them from eating of that tree. but after she had eaten and nothing happened he ate too. Adam choose to listen to Eve over GOD!

Eve had a choice not to eat the apple, but she did it anyway.
It's not that there was anything wrong with the apple, I'm sure it tasted like a regular apple, it's just that GOD wanted man to have everything but had to set some kind of boundary, this way man would know he is not the one in control, GOD is. GOD had to give him at least one rule out there, otherwise he would think he is on GODs level and do whatever he wanted to do.

I forget where in the bible but it says that god has 3 views
Past
Present
Future
So he can see the past if he wants to
And the future
But normally for humans God uses Present
He puts "blinders" on his eyes so he can't see the future, of a specific subject.
So, he always hopes for one's salvation. Or with Adam and Eve, not to eat of the tree of good and evil

You are seeking God, hu? There are so many things that I don't know the answers to. I wish I did. Just keep seeking, girlfriend! God doesn't put on blinders. He is sovereign and knows exactly what He is doing... I wish I could answer your question, but I can't. I tell my little girl things not to do, sometimes over and over... could it be so that she will remember the lesson and it will be used for some future purpose. Hang in there, moma. I know you are going through tough times, but you will make it. A year from now you will wish you had started today, so start praying for God to reveal his mysteries to you.

Actually, in the story, God didn't talk to Eve at all. God told Adam and Adam added a few things when he told Eve. God simply said don't eat... Adam said don't even touch it or you'll die... the "serpent" came along and said "See? you can touch it and you won't die... so why not eat?"
It's still just a story though... It was written to give primitive people a simple story on how they were created and how they "fell from grace"

He warned her so that she could freely choose to obey His will or not obey it. The fact that God, seeing the fullness of time simultaneously, saw Eve's decision doesn't make her decision any less free. Observing someone making a decision is not a form of control.

For the purpose of free will. If man had no choice other than to love and serve God. Otherwise man would love God like a robot can be programmed to love a human. It isn't true love unless it is free.

Same reason you tell your kids not to do things you know they will anyway. People have freedom to choose and acquire the consequences of their decisions.
