The devil is defeated and any harm he does now is allowed by humankind...If the devil made you do it is because you allowed him to.

I do not think you can draw such a conclusion. With that logic, that would be like saying since we have never seen anything evolve, evolution must not exist.
I think what it does say about God is that the "devil" has a strategic part in God's plan. If God were indeed allowing us to choose right and wrong and live by faith, there would necessarily be a wrong choice present in the equation. The devil provides that wrong choice.

No.
It shows that Christians have to have the devil as a fall guy for their god.
Just how hard is it for an omnipotent, omnicognizant god to destroy one of his own (not all powerful or all knowing) creations?
come to that, just how hard is it for an omnipotent, omnicognizant god to stop the plans and actions of one of his own (not all powerful or all knowing) creations?
Face it, all the things that people blame on the devil are known about and not prevented by god. God actually wants these things to happen.
But having the devil there allows Christians to not think about the dual standard that they have for their god and gives them something else to blame.

"does the fact that god has not destroyed the devil prove?"
Does the fact that neither is proven to exist throw a wrench into this whole argument? Yes.

God created him. He was the most beautiful angle god created! He decided he was more powerful than god. Michael and his angles threw him out of heaven. All the devil has to do is repent but he wont.Jesus will return and put him in his place. God is all powerful.

It proves that god likes ******* with you so he keeps the devil around to torment you and when he thinks that's all it takes he plays like hes a good guy.

No. He understands that Devil has deceived many because of their love for their sin. God will not and cannot allow sin into heaven. God has an appointed time when Satan, the fallen angels and all those humans who were deceived by Satan and chose their sin over forgiveness will be uterly destroyed.

It certainly casts it's doubts. Consider that the devil had no free will but rebelled, then god went on to create a new creation and set it up to fail or rebel by giving his enemy free reign.

No. It proves that he is a God of patience who finds it difficult to destroy one of his own creations that he loves. Time is crucial for allowing those (celestial beings) who have sinned to come around and repent and to let evil play itself out to ensure there are no more rebellious souls.

Not at all. God is merely proving that at this very moment. He is allowing Satan to rule this world, and look at how he has done. The world scene is a mess! Soon God will destroy Satan and his demons and for all eternity no one will ever be able to question Gods authority ever again.
