this is for a Digital Logic Design project and your help will be much appreciated. its features include buzzing every one hour (also resettable), and lighting a bulb at 6:00 pm. it is entitled actually as SCHOOL CLOCK. thanks a lot (in advance)!

Here is a circuit that has the basics of what you need. You'll need some BCD to 7-segment decoders (7446, etc) and the logic to buzz every hour, light the light bulb, etc. but I think you can probably figure out the rest. At least this will get you started:

The easiest way these days would be to use a microcontroller and a character LCD module. Of course, you do have the work of coding the thing. I would go with something easy, such as Arduino, and any Hitachi compatible LCD module. Outside of that, just get a budget LED clock radio and use the clock/display from it.
