Just look at the amount of calories and compare with other puddings/desserts. Do no be deceived by the "Low fat" labels, usually mean they lowered the fat content but they increased the sugar content, that is as bad and fattening as fat.

I'm not sure at all, as I have never bothered with yoghurts and the like - until last week I was given a freebie, a new yoghurt called "one a day" it's from Muller and obviously is one portion of our five a day so, I had this thing in a pot for my lunch and they are bloomin deliciously fruity and am buying my second pack today - try them they are lovely. oh, I didn't see any calories in it either!!!

They have quite a few carbohydrates which can make you fat. Depends what else you eat! Cut down on anything with flour in and eat plenty of salads and fresh fruit with your meat or fish. Pasta is ok too if you rinse it thoroughly after cooking. Anything in moderation won't harm you including M rice.

They have less actual fat than other deserts, which is why they can advertise them as 'low fat' (less than 3% fat) However, they are high in sugars, which in turn, when not utilised by the body, actually deposits as fat. So the answer is yes (if eaten excessively, which applies to most foods)

Think are fairly low, they are very good as they fill you up more so in the long run you will probably eat less because your full up. So it should stop the mid afternoon choc snack.
