uveites is the third leading cause of PREVENTABLE blindness. So it's great that you're taking charge of your health and preventing it from worsening.

Don't understand your question. Do you have uveitis? Or are you worried about getting it?
Uveitis either occurs for no particular reason or is a side effect of various systemic diseases like lupus. There is nothing you can do to prevent it. If you have it, follow your doctor's advice and take all prescribed medication exactly as prescribed to keep it controlled.

there are no "tips" to PREVENT someone from acquiring uveitis.
