for workouts targeted exclusively on butts, thighs, and tummy areas, including ABS.....plus I wanna know if aerobics or Pilates or a combination of both needs to done to get a slimmer waist and toned thighs and pert bottom...please explain the difference between aerobics and pilates...please advise... thanks

well for slimmer tummy and a good body workout you should try taebo it works.....
