Warrant-less searches and indefinite detainment are a couple of pretty big ones. Imagine someone at the FBI *thinks* you've done something wrong. They can search all of your personal records and information. They can then use circumstantial evidence to allege any kind of conspiracy they want (even if it doesn't relate to terrorism) and then detain you indefinitely without charging you.

Many people would say, "Oh the FBI would never do that." If no one demands they cease illegal activities now, then maybe they wouldn't today, but they will some day. Cops are usually pretty good people and almost always do the right things for the right reasons, but there is no shortage of instances where someone abuses his power.

Warantless wire tapping, and arrest and containment without due process are the two worst Constitutional violations of the current administration, other than the lying act of treason that got us involved in Iraq.

I have noticed this in some TV movies. People now tend to accept invasion of privacy all too easily... Usually only the criminals are against it!
