"As it isn't raining, I will go to shops."

I guess "For it isn't raining" is not correct....

It is grammatically correct but it sounds little awkward. Something like, "I will go shopping because it isn't raining," is probably a better bet.

How about
Since it isn't raining, I will go to the shops.
or
As it isn't raining, I will go shopping.

As works, but "since" would be better.

Since it isn't raining, I will go shopping.

or

Since it isn't raining, I will go to the store.

"As it isn't raining" is fine, a little formal. You could say "Since it isn't raining" or "Because it's not raining," etc. "Go to shops" is not correct. You can say "I will go shopping" or, if you';re referring to some very specific shops, "I will go to the stores (shops)."

Personal preference......I would have said "Since it isn't raining, I will to shopping" (if you are going to make a purchase.
or
"Since it isn't raining, I will go to the shop." (if you are going to work)

"For it isn't raining" is definitely not correct in this context. Personally I would rewrite it as "Since it isn't raining, I will go shopping"

It's correct but a more commonly used sentence would be "Since it isn't raining, I'll go shopping."
