ok first call your local SPCA or shelter and report finding them (mom specifically ) as somebody might have reported loosing her...
next catch them - kittens and mom - you have 2 choices..
keep them inside your house in a room where mom cannot get out of.. (or she may abandon them ) she needs to be fed KITTEN FOOD - and have water and a litter box in the room...

OR - take them all to the local shelter and they will deal with them - firstly by trying to find her actuall owner.. then possibly keeping kittens, weaning them, and placing them in adoptive homes (most adopters want young kittens)...

IF you keep them the biggest risk is finding them GOOD homes - most serial killers admitted starting out on "free too good home" pets.. you do not have the ability to screen new owners - the shelter does..

if you cannot catch the mom - at least try to find the kittens and take them to the shelter - even if too young - its better than them turning wild... and they will grow up to breed more feral cats..

DO NOT give MILK - its bad for cats...

please do not just leave them...

ok, you have been extraordinarily irresponsible and did not get your cat spayed. Now, you will double that irresponsible act and supply intact kittens away. you're able to s/n them and s/n your cat. while you at the instant are not keen to do this, and that i will assume you will not, then a minimum of take the kittens on your SPCA or Humane Society. they'll probably charge you a small cost to take the kittens, yet they'll s/n them before putting them. in addition they show the persons adopting them and charge them a value. they'll do a miles extra perfect activity than you looking them reliable properties.

It depends on what lengths you are willing to go to in order to help them, Hon.
I agree with those who say to keep a good-quality cat food and water (and a litter box, too, so that mama can train the kittens) where it's accessible to them all. Cats are good mothers, and mama will care for the babies herself for the first six weeks.
Is the mama cat friendly? If so, try to handle her to socialize her, and she'll allow you to handle the kittens too when they are a few days old. Obviously, socialized kittens have a much better chance of being adopted.
After about six weeks, you'll be able to take the mama in to be spayed so that this won't happen again, and try to find homes for her and her babies.
Alternately, you can call a no-kill rescue group in your area (if you have a local PetSmart, they'll be able to put you in touch with them.) These people are dedicated rescuers and will probably be willing to collect mama and babies and find homes for them.
Thanks for trying to help these kitties, Hon....you're a good soul, and good luck.

Just put some food out there for them and keep an eye out for them. Maybe put a box with some old rags maybe she will move them to the box.
If you do not want the cat & her kittens call your local shelter out and they can set a trap for the mom and get the kittens out for you.

You could try to sell them or give them away but good luck. Nowadays it seems like people would rather adopt one with all its shots and being already fixed than one born of a feral mother. I say leave them ferel. They will keep the rodents away, but they will also hunt birds if you have a birdfeeder around.

Feed and water the mother and she'll take care of the kittens as long as it's not too hot.

try to find the kittens, but dont move them till you find the mom, once you can capture the mom, grab her. get the kittns and you can take them to the vet to find good homes, or when they are ready, and big enough, about 2 months old you can get rid of them buy putting a free kitten sign out side your house
