OK I live in NYC and we have a health plan called Family health for those who make two much money for Medicaid and don't have a health plan through their job. Also most cities or towns have a public health center that will offer mental health services. Don't turn up your nose at public services, That is where I found my psychiatrist and he's the best therapist that I've had in my forty years in therapy. My daughter also has a therapist who's also affiliated with the public hospital and she's really great with her. I would look for those type of services and contact Your towns pubic services office and ask them about it. Also NYSE has a Mental health office call them and they should be able to direct you to some place to get he services that you need. That program that I talked about in the beginning is a state program, it's not just for NYC.

~YOU are not making the fees stick. You aren't a celebration to the case. The case is among the People of the State of New York and the defendant. The DA isn't your legal professional and the DA has complete prosecutorial discretion to anything with the case he deems have compatibility. You can carry your possess civil case to handle your accidents and consequent damages. Being choked and slammed in opposition to a counter does now not, with out extra, represent attack. The again damage might get you there, assuming there may be sufficient evidence of cause to injure and no justification. Your query is without adequate element to investigate whether or not or now not an attack occured. Leave the DA on my own and permit him/her do his/her process. The DA does not have to speak to you until and till the case is in a position for trial or grand jury presentation. You are a witness and not anything extra and may have little or not anything to do with how the case is processed.

hello...

many states offer grants to help people with mental health services....

check to see if your COUNTY has a mental health clinic. if you can't find one in the phone book, call your health department.

also, many mental health clinics have financial services available. you will need to talk with the business office of any clinic you find.

sometimes it takes a little research to find what is available.

hugs
