the more you exercise the more your tummy will trim down.

Cycling is a good cardio training, hence good at the job of burning fat.

Exercises that make your heart beat faster and sweat are good for that.

Don't believe that doing 200 situps a day will burn the fat on your stomach.
It will burn fat, but not especially there.

So diet+ jogging, cycling, swimming is the best cure for a big belly

OK , first up, bellies are THE hardest thing to tone up, the main problem is that they dont get worked in the way that our arms, legs and chest do. So sadly, bellies are all down to fat. You can do exercise to tone your muscles, but if there's sufficient fat you could do 1000 sit ups a day and you wont see a change.

You're going about it the right way though, CV exercise is the thing to do to cut down bodyfat (with assistance from your diet) but it's much much better than just doing situps (which is the biggest urban myth ever to getting aflat stomach).

When on the bike, try to use your upper body more. for example, when you come to a hill, stand up and use your arms to push the bike into the pedal stroke (i.e. pushing down with your right foot, use your arms to lean the bike over to the left). It gives you more power to get up the hill, and works your stomach, back, arms and chest muscles, which pull you into shape.

Cycling focuses more on the legs and burning overall calories (good cardio)...however if you hold in your stomach during the day it will help tone the ab muscles.

If you want more toned or sculpted abs, you'll need to do exercises that focus on that area. Look up ab exercises and see what you find that suits you.

Good luck!
