As per Autozone web site, your 1994 Buick Regal 3.8L or 3.1L have only one oxygen sensor, located under the hood, center, rear engine area, above the exhaust pipe flange, mounted in the exhaust manifold.

Between 1 and 4. Does it have one, or dual exhaust systems? Slide under and look near the catalytic converters. There will be one before the converter, perhaps one after with a single, double that if there are two. So count the cats first, then the O² sensors.

This car is before OBD2 so all you will have is one oxygen sensor. If memory serves correctly, it is located in the down pipe right on top of it. You have to access it from up on top of the motor.
