you have to read many books , to watch programs which help you to improve your English and also you must be serious about your desire.

read an american english dictionary to enhance your vocabulary. watch tv shows from the U.S. and practice, practice, practice.

it just takes practice, but don't try to lose your accent. In america we want to be able to understand you, but alot of us think an accent is really cool.
