Whole grain bread toasted and topped with peanut butter and bananas. I also like this on a multi grain bagel. Buy them fresh and freeze them. I also like to top with low fat cream cheese, a little squeeze of honey and chopped walnuts.

Another idea is just a bowl healthy cereal with skim milk and fresh fruit.

Also throw a few frozen berries in a blender with a container of low or no fat vanilla yogurt and a little bit of protein powder (if you like, depends on your taste) or fiber powder, I use the fibercon, but whatever will do.

This is something that I often eat for breakfast, although it's not typically thought of as breakfast food, eggsalad on whole grain toast. And you can make it on one day and eat it for a few. Once you make it it's a breeze to assemble a sandwich.

Okay, this will be my last one. Give each side of a pice of whole grain bread with a little Pam and top with a slice of provalone cheese and a tomato. Pop this in an oven until the cheese melts. The good thing about this is you can use a high oven if you want it right then or a lower oven if you want to put it in the oven while you get your hair done.

A fruit-and-milk (or yoghurt) smoothie--add a spoonful or two of rolled oats for extra staying power, whiz in the blender, and drink while getting dressed. For an extra-thick smoothie, freeze the fruit in chunks and blenderise with cold milk while still frozen, it will be almost like ice cream.

Flour tortillas sprinkled with shredded cheese. Put in microwave for 15 seconds. Roll up. Now you have a cheese roll-up. You can add scrambled eggs too.
