Not all Christians have the same mentality as abortion clinic bombers? Should we simply lump everyone into a category based on the actions of a few?

It is a fact that not all Muslims have the same mentality as the 9/11 hijackers.

It is also a fact that not all Christians have the same mentality as abortion clinic bombers.

You're dead right.

22222, you must not know many, if any Muslims. I don't know any who support bin Laden, and I know quite a few (15 or so) who condemn him. It is a fact that there are Muslims who do not support bin Laden. If you deny that fact, you only reveal your willingness to lie in support of your worldview, and you become the villain. If you can't make your case without lying, you're on the wrong side, kid.

I think all reasonable people know and understand extremists exist in all religions and the actions of a few don't reflect the beliefs of the majority.

Beyond that, what upsets me is you *never* hear the media say that Bin Ladden is a Wahhabi. Wahhaabism is a perversion of Islam and Muslims don't recognize Wahhabists as Muslims.

Anyway, I think it's a sad statement on how far people will go to hate when they say that all Muslims live under garbs or they won't get on a plane with a Muslim. I'm a white, American Muslim, how would you pick me out of a crowd to not board a plane with me??? And do you honestly think that as an American I was anything expect full of grief and anger on 9/11/2001??? How soon we forget....

Anyway, I've provided a link to Wahhabism on Wikipedia below.

1) Yes. Should we assume that today's Christians would participate in the Crusades or Inquisition, or witch-burnings?

2) No.

There's not even proof that the alleged 9/11 'hijackers' were Muslims. Most of those identified were found to be LIVING, had had passports stolen, etc., so their TRUE identities (if they existed at all) are NOT known. Don't you think it's just a little fishy that PAPER passports that were supposedly INSIDE the POCKETS of 'hijackers' who were INSIDE the planes, managed to survive unscathed at two crash sites, when EVERYTHING ELSE was destroyed beyond recognition in a giant fireball?

Have you seen the TOTALLY UNBLEMISHED red bandana that authorities claim one of the Flight 93 hijackers was WEARING on his head INSIDE the plane where EVERYTHING ELSE was VAPORIZED to the point of not being recoverable in the non-crash site? How come there was NO blood, NO soot, NO dirt, NO wrinkle in an item that was supposedly IN that plane?

Osama bin Laden is NOT WANTED for the 9/11 attacks. Check his Wanted poster on the FBI's website and see. There's a reason why George Bush isn't worried about finding him.

Of course.

Allan C, what the hell are you talking about? I said "of course" as in "of course it's safe to assume that not all Muslims have the same mentality as the 9/11 hijackers".

Safe, how could you even begin to see such things without even reading a word from Allah The All Mighty Lord ever watching even what you are saying is about the most ridiculous statement I have ever read in my entire life.

So all Christians are crusaders then, your insane!

two ways to think
1 as a human
2 as an American
Americans find that it is their duty to perform AL qaida ,helping them financially.training them.giving them weapons, and then they were placed in some countries in order further usage
that's why you see them as British subjects and Belgium or Spanish or as Netherlands subjects
but the clone is not always safe hiding the snake in his clothes
find those who says 911 is inside job
and that is growing more and more realistic
3 it was rightful to Americans to help Afghanistan by forming that in question front against communism ,meanwhile Russia is not permitted now to give weapons to the Iraqi resistant
do not you think America liberated Afghanistan from communism
and now it is Russia's turn to assist Iraq in liberation from Americanism as well as binladinism(which is also Americanism)

Nothing wrong with being carefull.
I dont send my children to any western country anymore especially America to study after the killing in USA University and schools and knowing that people can buy weapons in Wallmart so easy.

I also dont do that as adultery regarded normal and treated as people's private right.
(Seems that young, old people living together and have sex outside of marriage is so "normal" in the State).

I also heard American children, a lot of them dont respect their parents and rebel so easy , forget how they were hopeless when they were baby and infants.

With all of that situation/condition, I am really cautious; So in return if Americans scared of being hijacked, that's normal for my standard.

makes sense doesn't it? There are over 1.2 billion, they represent about 22% of the world's population. They are the second largest religion in the world. Only Christianity is larger, with 33% of the world's inhabitants.

Islam is growing about 2.9% per year. This is faster than the total world population which increases about 2.3% annually. It is thus attracting a progressively larger percentage of the world's population.
