We must hang them all :)

Lets say : They will talk about to attack pkk at the parliament . Will that be a secret for pkk. They will learn it before our general staff.

My dear young friend, you are still very young. I can understand your furstration. Yet I also remember the military coups (army strikes) in Turkey.
I was 10 years old on May 27, 1960 and in Cyprus. We heard it on the radio that the army took over and imprisoned the president and the prime minister. There was a court trial (which was worse than a comedy) and three people were hanged. Did they deserve capital punishment? No. Were they good politicians? No. But that does not give the right to the army (or to anybody else) to hang parliamentarians that people elected.
On March 12, 1971 I was a university student in Ankara. The army gave a notice to Demirel's government and he resigned (took his hat and left). I remember how we burnt our books in the fireplace. We were in tears. The army backed puppet government killed so many young people. They hanged Deniz Gezmiş, Hüseyin İnan, Yusuf Aslan for robbing two banks. (later bank owners robbed their own banks and nothing happened to them). There was no democracy in Turkey for years. Turkey lost the chance to enter EU at that time. Did the military intervention do any good to Turkey? NO.
Then we witnessed the greatest of the coups: September 12, 1980. Again a lot of young people were killed. Democracy was killed. Top general and dictator of the time Kenan Evren established 630 religious schools (imam-hatip) (Bekir Coşkun wrote this in Hurriyet). What good did the coup do to Turkey? NONE. What was the result of this military coup? Increase in Islamic fundamentalism, and increase in the number of women covering their heads. And Evren did all these in the name of Atatürk!!!!!
Believe me Irmak a military coup is the last thing Turkey needs now. AKP is elected by the people of Turkey, you have to understand this. Their victory is the failure of CHP and others. Ask anyone to tell you what CHP offered as an alternative. I will tell you; NOTHING.
If you are going to protect Ataturk's ideals and secularism with the guns of the army, then it means Ataturk failed, his followers failed. But don't worry, nothing will happen. Not even RTE can change the course of history.

and all manner of things shall be well.
we shall not cease from exploration
and the end of all our exploring
will be to arrive at where we started...
the fire and the rose are one..."

So what are you announcing...that how necessary and selfless a lifestyles a man or woman has led (after which, by way of whose definition?) will have to be a criterion over their entry to wellbeing care? You without doubt do. Or why else let us know all approximately this bloke's army historical past? No manner. That girl will have to be judged EXCLUSIVELY on her clinical demands. Large scale prescription customers pay £104 pa in England. The titanic majority of folks are exempt. We do not know what this couple's earnings is. Maybe they are loaded, where case 104 quid a yr is not anything. Personally I suppose prescriptions will have to be loose for every person within the UK, however without doubt Labour disagree as this has NEVER been the case. Not even within the halceon days of the "right" Labour governments within the 60s and 70s. So if you are making this a celebration political factor, it is rarely legitimate.

Your army is the Savior of your country after Ataturk. personally I think Turkey is becoming more Islamic minded by the day. 53% may not want AKP but it seems 43% do. I hope Turkey dosent bow down to pressure from the East thats all I think it would take to undo Ataturks work . I would imagine that a lot of the smaller towns and villages would be more religous than the carear minded city population and it may seem to them from their point of view that the AKP is the government which has brought them fortune in new business, factories, job opportunites and most importantly money and confidence.

I am sure you will let me know if I am wrong.

I would love to see the Army patroling the streets in UK and removing thier current Government. You guys don't know how lucky you are to be in that situation.

I like the way the Pakistani prime minister was removed.
the Army waited till he was flying and sealed off all the airports and he wasn't alloud to land in Pakistan and told to clear off and don't come back. "great move"

When a county depends on army to maintain its inner peace and balance, then something is going wrong .

when Democracy isnt strong enough or well build enough to bring social balance, that means that problems are deep in the heart of people and it ll take many years to be changed...

army can bring chaos - all the political systems based on army interference, were called fascist and were contemned by history and humanity

If army strokes, then you will wish you haven't asked for it - the consequences will be terrible

I hope not-for Turkeys shake and for all neighboor countries

well i dont like akp

i am not pleased with the presedent of republic,my comment will be strict but i can not make it softer:He is just a little toy of Tayyib Erdoğan,kidding the citizens with their promises about laic democracy

It is just the fault of citizens they bring them there by their votes.Waiting everything from army for years sounds not true. because somehow strike will damage economy and will bring our country fifty years previor

but somehow army would save laic democracy by a strike for just now,but if the citizens mind wont change,in the future laic system cant last by just army.

Dear Irmak,

Do you remember my answer ? (Well, maybe 3 or 4 months ago, you asked almost same question ...)

And I talked you about on September 12, 1980. And I said, After many years later, I learned, What happened in Turkiye and I said you, there was a some country behind that on September 12...

And then I learned, Lots of People were hanged in that time, many people were lost ...

So, My mind never changed, Some Countries never stopped and always using with Turkiye like cat-dog ...

How about solution ? Coup ?
I am not agree ...

In my opinion, Solution, Turkiye can be one heart with Government and Army

Take Care

Hayir, kesinlikle hayir...

If the Turkish citizens are serious about joining the EU that is out of the question. If you don't like the government, you work to change the way they are elected . There is no guarantee that the army will do any better, and I suspect it would be worse.

If people are talking about a coup, it is the fault of so-called politicians who are using ethnic and religious feelings for personal power. A coup shouldn't be a solution to politics's ills, but after everything is said and done, who is to protect me against terrorists and Islamists when bombs start exploding and people get beaten because they donot fast (oruç).

I am one in the 53% that donot want this government and people call me a minority. If this is democracy, I don't want it. As I've said many times before, this applied system that we call democracy should be discussed. And anything is better than our beloved country turning into Saudi Arabia, minus the petrolium.

Yes I would want the army to perform a revolution. Especially nowadays there are certain people in the parliament who is threatening Turkey by sayıng that they wıll leave and go back home. They are using democrasy when it suits them . They are there not for peace but for more blood.

The Army should interfere with the ruling of turkey because democrasy does not work in Turkey.
