20kg that is alot, I am not sure if you can loose that much so quick try this
20 mins of cardio every second day like bike, or running or rowing and go hard at times
40 mins of weights every other day, you need a program that suits you.
sunday have a break.
with food 5-6 small meals day, you need to plan these and no fat, no egg yolk, no butter, no sauces ect.
plenty of water no soft drinks or alcohol
you really need to plan your meals and since you eat 5-6 times a day yo only have portions the size of your fist or palm one of each, meat for protein, veges, rice, pasta or bread no more than 2 per day carbs put wieght on if you dont burn it and fruit.
This is jst quick advice I hope it is not too confusing, email me if yuo like, I used this program and it worked for me.

Sounds like you are looking for a 'quick fix' .. well (other than surgery) there isn't one .. it took you years to put on 20kg's it's going to take years to get it off again

First you have to accept one FACT - if you are FAT it's because you EAT TOO MUCH.

so :-
1) Stop stuffing your face between meals (sorry, no more crisps, bikkies, choccies's etc etc etc)
2) No more deserts
3) No more beer, cut down on the wine.

Unless you face all 3 above there is no point in trying to cut down what you eat at meal times.

4) No more Sunday Roasts, 'blow out' meals (except Xmas day only) or greasy take-aways = instead go over to a 'healthy' diet.

OK - now you have limited what you are eating, that should stop any more fat building up.

But you need to start exercising (otherwise your body will hang onto it's fat for ever) .. take up cycling or running (when did you last see a fat marathon runner ?)

Find a Gym at least 2-5 miles away .. don't bother joining (it's a waste of time = all you will do is 20 mins on the treadmill followed by a Latte and chocolate bar) ... just run or cycle down there & back every day (or twice a day)

Loosing 20lb a month? Your right, it is a bit too much and afterwards your body might pile the weight and more back on again.

Here is the basics: Use more energy a day than you eat! (easy)

You need to use about 2000 calories more than you eat every day to loose the weight I think (loosing just under a pound a day). You might be better of being more concerned with size rather than weight - any exercise will build muscles and they are denser than fat so you will look like you arnt loosing weight where in reality you will be getting slimmer

How todo it? Mixture of diet and exercise.

Cut out all 'junk' foods - have healthy things instead (salads, grilled food etc)
Cut out all snacks
Keep drinking water
Exercise - walk or run 5 miles a day.

With the reduced food intake and increased exercise you might need to take vitamin suppliments to keep healthy

And best advice - see a doctor fisrt for a good health check and take their advice

If your lazy to get out and jog, do some workout on your couch at home. No sugar, no starch no oily foods, no chicken or beef or lamb and stuff like that. Plenty of fish and veggies, for all meals try avoiding rice but try taking more fish and veggies. Keep this regular for 2 weeks, and don't add other stuff like fruits. Jog 45 minutes 3 times a week, if your not lazy. After too weeks, you can eat fruits, and only 10% of your meal can be oily white meat. You can also eat little rice now. Cook veggies with minimum oil.
Healthy cereal in the morning. Jog before breakfast.Jumping jacks after every exercise. No drinks other than water for these 2 months. 4 meals a day. Jump rope 10 minutes a day to get slim and tall. Sleep before 10pm. Wake up at 7-8 and jog.

Hope these help you. Might be tough but thats what you gotta do for a healthy body. Oh yes PLENTY OF WATER. <- important!

It is hun. Simple.

But you can lose a fair ammount and tone up in two months nevertheless, just eat right and excercise.

The current reccomended healthy eating plan is four or five small to medium meals a day, each one (apart from breakfast) should contain some carbohydrates (rice/pasta/potatoes etc) some protien (chicken, fish, etc) and lots of vitamins minerals and antioxidants (fresh fruit and veg). You can pile your plate high with as much veg and snack on as much fruit/fruit juice as you like.

Also excercise is essential. Cardio excercise will not only keep you healthy, increase your lung function and decrease your resting heart rate, it will also burn off a lot of calories, keeping you slim.
Weight training is also important, use light weights with lots of reps and you will tone and define your muscles without 'bulking up', which will keep your body strong and supple, but also increase your metabolism so you burn off even more calories even when you are resting!

If you are still striving to improve you're straight and you're hoping to get the hands over the edge, set Vert Shock to the test, a program that you will believe it is here https://tr.im/Q2fYs  and give it a decide to try, you will be taken aback of how quickly you can be a creature hopper in the event that you prepare the best way.
The program won't make you jump 1000s of times because Vert Shock was created and employed by actual elite level basketball players.
As it pertains down to it, if you genuinely wish to leap larger, you just found the very best program on earth to complete so. Some other way could only be a spend of time.

Hehe don't we all just hear that it's to much to quickly and although for some people it might be the case, but for other's it's possible and you might be one of them. Are you prepared to cut out junk food, not starve yourself, eat 6 meals a day, and exercise, buy a meal replacement which you use only twice in one day then I guess you are talking to the right person to help you.

You have to have breakfast
I do my lunges, sit up, crunches, walk up and down my stairs
Breakfast1(7.30): I eat all brand flakes, topped with yoghurt
Breakfast 2.(10.30) My meal replacement
Lunch(1.00) 4 crackers
Sandwhich(lettuce, chicken, tomatoe, low fat mayo, tuna ect)
Lunch2:Apple, orange, banana (another sandwhich)
Remember 4 slices of brown bread a day is allowed in moderation
Go for a jog or a fast walk you need 20-30 cardovascular exercise a dayX3 days a week
Mid Supper: Meal Replacement
Supper(7pm: No carbohydrates, fish, vegetables, have a blast, brown rice is ok....

Hope I helped

Oh yes drink atleast 2L of water a day and train with weights if you are over weight the worst thing to do is loose weight and have loose skin, fill up 2L coke bottle for weights if you don't have access to the gym, look for appliances that are heavy at home to help you...

GOODLUCK

Go for protein as opposed to sugar to keep energy levels going strong rather than crashing. Edamame in pods may be the perfect snack since it takes a while to eat and a one-cup offering offers 12 grams of proteins.

Use fruit to add natural sweetness as opposed to white sugar. Try this muffin food.
