Normally Microsoft Operating Systems never come with an embedded Office suite. Howeer you can use Open Office a free office suite. It is also better than most commercial office suites as it is low on system resources and has good functionality.

Never in the STANDARD Windows systems has there been anything more than Notepad and Wordpad. Sometimes they'll come with but stand alone Windows does not come with it.

My suggestion for obtaining it is visit your local shop and look around, short of that try Ebay.
