Breakfast should not be a light meal. With that said, I know what you mean about feeling bloated. Lately I've been eating scrambled eggs with turkey lunch meat chopped up in it. Also, eat an apple and drink a large glass of water.

Good luck :)

Light is not what breakfast should be. If this breakfast idea that i'm going to give you is going to leave you bloated then I don't know. Try Kellogs all bran flakes topped with yoghurt (I like low fat Strawberry, granadela(I cant spell) , no milk if you prefer. Its tasty and quick to make and easy to digest.

TRY IT!

I like protein shakes and breakfast shakes. I have issues with being bloated so I go the the www.vitaminshoppe.com and purchase vegan or soy power drinks that are ready to mix with water or milk. Try it.

Well I honestly think fruit. Its healthy, it settles your daily intake and its not heavy at all. I love apples for breakfast or banana smoothies...
