yes, but thats y they have aspartame in the first place!! To cut back on sugar usage.

Normal pop, depending on which country you are in, doesn't contain any aspartame. Normal pop contains high fructose corn syrup (which is bad) and sugar. Soda pop, diet or normal, just isn't good for you. Water or 100% fruit juice is best.

yes diet soda use splenda and nutri sweet which is aspartame and most people don't know that large consumption of aspartame has negative effects on brain
