I am 175 cm, and abotu 56kg. So i am very slim. Though I also eat whatever I want (not go nuts but I often eat junk food along with my healthy stuff)
I really can eat what I want. and not afraid to put on a few kilos. But Ive just noticed Im getting the starting sligh ripples of celulite on my legs. Im not afraid of putting on wieght but would prefer not the celulite!!
So my question is, since I dont need to lose weight, what can I do to stop it in its tracks. is it to do with my fat intake? or my lack of exercise (i dont exercise at all) and because i dont have enough muscle??/

Thanks

Coffee has absolutely nothing to do with cellulite nor does your age. Although cellulite is more common in those overweight, any female can have cellulite...in fact, 95% of all women do have cellulite....even those models that you envy! Their cellulite just gets airbrushed out of photos.

Causes of cellulite are:
female hormones
genetics
stress
smoking
sedentary lifestyle
harsh massage
liposuction
obesity
enlarged lymph nodes
pelvic surgery
pregnancy

You aren't going to like this either but there is no way to stop it. Advertised treatments are fakes and a great way to steal your money. None to date has ever been shown to be effective.

However, to minimize the formation of cellulite, maintain an active lifestyle (exercise), eat right, drink plenty of fluids and avoid stress as much as possible.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://tinyurl.im/aHLxa

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

I do medical research. I don't believe in creams or other useless products like gels or lotions. Cellulite is not a skin problem, it's an underlying structural issue. Check out this site http://nocellulite.toptips.org
It has a lot of useful tips about natural remedies to treat cellulite.

To get six pack abs you need to do cardio, like running, swimming, jogging, things like that. Lifting weights is not cardio. What cardio will do for you is loose the fat around your abs. That way they show. If you have no stomach fat already then you will need to do situps to make your ab muscles bigger.
