I can't think how that would be very popular, or where to find it. But it is a pretty simple logo to recreate, if you had some fabric paint.

What I think would be the easiest way to do this, if you could get the equipment:

Borrow an overhead or opaque projector and have a small logo made to project on the wall. These used to be common in schools. Maybe your local school or church will have one they can lend you for a weekend afternoon.

Move the projector forward and back until you have the logo the size you want it on the duvet cover.

You can make or buy a black duvet cover, that is plain aside from the buttons on the one edge where the comforter goes in.

With double sided tape, attach a piece of very dense, non-corrugated cardboard between the front and back of the duvet cover...to keep your paint from getting on the other side or on the wall.

Attach the duvet to the wall in a way that lines up the fabric and the logo where you want it...also you want it secure enough to stay put but NOT so stuck that your tape or whatever ruins the wall behind it. Of course you could do this on a smooth section of interior garage wall...or a scrap piece of drywall (so you get a smooth surface to paint on underneath).

Then simply draw out your design following the projected image, using fabric paints to color in any big spots.
