I would presume in the short term you will loose weight, be lethagic, grumpy and have bad breath from ketones. 400 calories is starvation and very unhealthful. Your metabolism will slow down and when you eat normal on the weekend you will be metabolise this food a lot slower and in the long term I would bet you would end up larger than when you started. You would benefit more from eating 1200 calories everyday and choosing 1 cheat meal for the week.

400 calories is way too much. Limit yourself to 200 calories a day, tops. While you're at it exercise for 9 hours a day. Eat a bit more on the weekends but don't forget to throw it all up later.
No seriously, pick up a book or two about the human body, nutrition and HEALTHY weight loss. You've got a lot to learn.

Sweetie 400 calories a day may land you in the hospital. A person should never consume under 1000 calories a day. Please seek the advice of a physician or a registered dietitian or a least join an organization like Weight Watchers where you will learn correct nutritional habits.

It really depends on what those 400 calories consist of, and what times of day they're consumed. 400 is quite a small daily amount, and eating too little can prevent you from losing weight, as it slows down metabolism.

yer but its called anorexia/binge eating. its a starvation diet where your eating less than 900cals a day and then would be a binge on the weekend by eating more than double what your eating in the week. i would really mess up your metabolism it will slow down so when you eat larger amounts on weekend you will gain! why not try 1000 cals 5 days aweek and 1400 weekend this way you will lose weight and not go hungry plus with 2 days with 1400 you wont gain weight either!

definite. apparently you're arising, if no longer already, anorexia. you're able to talk to a doctor approximately your eating behavior so he/she will confirm you're conserving a healthful eating habitual. There are others a thank you to drop some weight as properly starvation. you are able to in user-friendly terms consume once you're hungry and end once you're finished alongside with eating lots of water. there is no longer something incorrect with you; you have purely developed maladaptive features that have left you with undesirable eating behavior. Getting help is what you pick for before issues substitute into somewhat extreme which includes hospitalization.

What you will wind up doing is screwing up your metabolism , and it will be even harder to lose weight in the long run. Excersise more and worry less about every single calorie. Teach yourself how to eat the right things and you will be able toeat as much as you want.
