I actually like them more as an adult. As a kid, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches were commonplace--we had them all the time, and the only jelly that was ever brought into my parent's house was Concord Grape. As an adult, a peanut butter and jelly sandwich is kind of a treat that I look forward to, and it's great to switch it up by using different types of bread and jelly (fyi..."hot jams" such as strawberry or blueberry with chili flakes incorporated during cooking are incredible on a peanut butter sandwich).

Toasted buttered cinnamon bread with peanut butter around the bread edges with apple jelly interior the middle coming up a pocket of jelly surrounded via peanut butter. Glass of milk to end it off.

Yup, I still make a Skippy Super Chunk and apply jelly sammich when I'm hungry and want something quick.

My uncle is 62 years young man! and he still listens to AC/DC and all those 70's and 80's bands. and yes. he does eat kid foods. he likes it. who can blame him?
