I'm getting a hepatitis B vaccine today but I have a sore throat. Will it matter?

Wouldn't my immune system be busy fighting what gave me the sore throat instead of fighting hepatitis B?

Sore throat is not one of hep B vaccine shot contraindication.

If anything your throat will heal faster because the vaccine will stimulate the immune system. Otherwise you should expect no problems.
