I guessing that you own it? I tried to open this site and after two minutes I was still waiting for the front page to load. I have a high-speed internet connection. Normal webpages that I go to load in about a second or less. Either there is a problem with the design of your pages or with your web host .
I'm not sure that red and white and blue, whilst very patriotic and thus much loved by Thai web designers, are a very good combination for a website. Looks busy.
I would give you some feedback on the content but, even now in the time its taken me to write this answer, the front page still hasn't fully loaded. Is there anything next to the bar on the left of the page? I guess there must be but nothing has come up yet apart from the konthaitours logo.
Good luck but you might want to consider redesign/changing your website host.

There are many tour operators in Chiangmai and it is not easy to say which is best. However, I do have come across not too favourable comments about this konthai tour.

If they need to advertise here, though agst regulations - my guess is that they might not be the best...

i know someone who used this service and he said he had nothing but trouble, i won't recommend it to anyone
