I want to lease a car for next month for my new job... what paperwork would I need to be able to lease a car for commercial use?

Depends. "Commercial" use has a strict definition in most states. If your job is in sales or driving to clients, you don't qualify for a commercial use vehicle. Additionally, you would need to register the car to the business. Is this the case?

Nationally known rental companies have agreements for what you need---go in and discuss what it is---their prices are all competitive and don't forget GOOD insurance coverage on the vehicle.
