"It is a wicked generation that seeketh a sign."

But we are all wicked in our own ways. What would it take for God to convince you?

Azazel-----you take your belief very seriously dont you?
So you realize Azazel is a "fallen" angel. Fallen from where? and why? if he is as powerful as he claims?

I C U-------I will not give you any phony answers---but my mother died much in the same way of cancer. My only comfort in all of it was how it brought us closer together. I too prayed for the end to her suffering, and it came in the form of her slipping into a coma one night and dying in a coma. I can understand your anger and frustration. But she believed unto the end, and her courage and commitment to God, really helped me to stay my course.
I feel for you, and having undergone a situation much like yours---I will definitely regard your comments differently from now on. You have my sympathies.

God was before the Israelites by day (pillar of clouds) and by night (Pillar of fire)..countless miracles (manna from heaven; amazing battle victories, etc)! But they forgot him in the matter of time it took Moses to get the 10 Commandments (40 dyas). NO Miracles will prove anything to people...atleast not for long....sad to say. "By Faith......"

It would have been enough if he had alleviated my mother's sufferings.
I used to be a Christian, my mother was severely ill for 25 years, she could not get out of bed, she was in horrendous pain. We prayed, and prayed ,and prayed ,and prayed, but nothing happened. My mother eventually died in a hospital from an infection. She suffered so,so much, I cry every time I think about it. No one has ever given me a satisfactory answer as to why no amount of prayers helped ,and why she had to suffer like that for 25 years and then died. SHE HAD NO LIFE!
I only received stupid comments from Christians, like it is a test, what kind of God would test someone with 25 years of horrendous sufferings, and for what?
I do not wish what she suffered to the worst scum of the earth.
What am I more compassionate than God?

Enough signs and miracles have already been shown by him. Latest miracle shown by him is the one when he maDE you and me complete. You have 2 eyes, 2 ears, fully developed limbs and organs etc. Is it not enough for you? Just think what would have happened if you were born with some anomaly or had an accident in which one is left incapacitated or life less like a veg on some machines?. For me, he doesn't have to do anything to make me believe in him

I assume you are a Christian.
I do not believe in the Abrahamic God, the biblical God does not deserve that title. Read the bible please, open your eyes.

"Whenever we read the obscene stories, the voluptuous debaucheries, the cruel and torturous executions, the unrelenting vindictiveness, with which more than half the bible is filled, it would seem more consistent that we called it the word of a demon than the Word of God. It is a history of wickedness that has served to corrupt and brutalize mankind." Thomas Paine

I am not an atheist, I have a different belief about what God is,and it is not what you believe.
The biblical God is a monster.

he appearing to everyone .

currently most religion just depends on assumptions.
assume this is made by god , assuming someone being healed is a miracle when there's a high chance of healing anyway.
assume the flush of love you feel is holy ghost entering you when everyone else in other religion is also feeling the same thing.
therefore it's either god is purposely causing misconception to poor humans or that every path leads to one.

or possibly there is no god at all.

All I know is that if Jesus appear on my block wearing that outfit someone would call the police.

Since he don't have any i.d. or driver lic or home address they would consider him a vagrant and probably run him out of town.
Even if he said "I'm Jesus!" Who's gonna believe that?

Maybe he could do some commercials on tv. Get him a 800 number and people could sign up. What religion would he be today??

All right wing Christians and Fundamentalists of all religions throughout the world would suddenly be cast into the lake of fire and would never return... Then I would believe there is a GOD

wicked or not a little less double talk and one real sign instead of frauds . too many hearsay lies and outright frauds for my blood . surely a real god would have no trouble with this except for the fact that it's contrived by men and there is no real god .
