we've got one, it does, although it takes a little practice to get even coverage it's much faster, but very noisy

I have just ceremoniously smashed the bloody thing to bits because most of the fence paint dripped onto my patio and now it is a dismal spotty mess!
I do not recommend them, better with a brush.

Yes, but only if you pay them well!!
Seriously they do, but if your fence is a bit holey the stuff that you are using can cause problems with your neighbours if it gets on to any of their plants etc.

Yes but to be on the safe side make sure you have up some plastic tarp or something similar on the other side to which you are painting at the time.

if your going to get a sprayer spend the money and get a good one.if its under 300 bucks you don't want it

We bought one earlier this year - waste of time! Took me three days of brushing to get fences done.

Yes, but you get a better and cheaper job with a brush.
They are designed for the lazy and if thats you then go for it.

yeah they do work. We have one and its brilliant! Cheaper way I've heard is a weed killer spray bottle. Made by hoze lock or something. You pump it up then spray.
