i want to loose some wait i gain a lil bit of weight ever sence i got with my boyfriend he takes me to eat or bringsme food i want to loose some wait am not that fat i want to loose like 15 pounds or 10 pounds i want to have a nice belly not all hanging out well am not that fat is just it looks like i am pregnant but am not i got a lil fat i want to do some exsercise but i do them then i forget or i get tired get lazy can some body tell me what is a good and fun exercise i want to inpress my boyfriend?
please help me

Eat 4 or 5 small meals a day. Drink tons of water when you are hungry instead of eating. Don't eat for at least 2 hours before sleeping.
Get out of the house. Take a 20 minute walk at lest twice a day. between those three you will lose the weight.

i think u should go to the gym. i go there every night to excercise. i also use the sauna for half an hour every night. but after that i never eat since its very late. i manage to lose a few pounds in few days. dont eat supper at night. although i always hang with my friends at night, i did order food but only drinks. i hope this will help you

Sleeping will effect your blody weight so get enough sleep to looss your weight
