Hi, Boy this is a hard one. I'm not dead yet!!! The gates of heaven are high and deep in our cotton candy clouds. The gates are prue gold and shines like a brand new opper penny. The heaven are closed and lock, you will have to get by ST. PETER before you may enter. Have you follow Gods rules and believe in him? Would you give your life to save God if you had to? Have you pray to God to forgive all of your sins? f you answers yes to all 3 you may enter heaven.

"Hey! I've been waiting for you. Right this way. There's somebody I want you to meet."

I notice I'm flying effortlessly through a fog-like mist and realize I have angel's wings. We break through the mist and see a brilliant, bright, shining city ahead of us. In the center is a huge gold cathedral.

St. Peter smiles and says, "This is a special day for us. There's only a few true believers, like you, on Earth."

The huge gold gates of the cathedral open and as we fly through them I ask, "Do you mean to tell me that I'm really going to meet . . . "

Then we were there, in the Grand Throne Room. And there he was!! Sitting on the throne with outstretched arms, awaiting my arrival.

". . . his Great Noodly Goodness!!! It's really you! How I've waited for this moment!" I can't express my wonder.

The Flying Spaghetti Monster wraps his saucy arms around me and I breathe deeply, his basil and garlic. I know, right then and there, that eternity will not be long enough to express my joy.

This is true Parmesan Heaven!!

If good ol' Peter is really there at the gates, we're gonna have a serious talk. Peter is my favorite disciple - he reminds me so much of me. Bold, impulsive, not quite getting it right in time to keep his foot out of his mouth. Gotta love him. Really, I won't be a bit surprised to find him laughing.

First of all it will be God that I answer too, at the gates of heaven, not St. Peter.
What will God say to me. He will ask me a question, "why should I let you in?" My answer? "Jesus, paid the price that I could never pay, so that I can live eternally with You." God will already know that though. What will you say?

St. Peter no longer possesses "the keys to the kingdom".

Benedict XVI currrently has custody of those "keys" ... just as all of Peter's successors did in the past.

Wouldn't St. Peter have better things to do than worry about the two or three people that actually make it that far?

It's an interesting question but try to stick with reality I think.

just my opinon.

I think I will spend a lot of time in Purgatory if I'm not in hell and when I do get to the gate I think he'll send me back to try again.

This is the best case scenario.
