out of body experience is something that interested me somehow and like to know if anyone ever did it before and how does it feel?

The first few times it was quite terrifying. Eventually I became awed and amazed at the possibilities of OBE.
The OBE's that I have had in the past year has brought me closer to God and have allowed me to recognize the nature of my soul and the future path of my life. If you'd like you can email with your experiences and I will tell you of mine.

I had one before, but not intentionally. It was about 2 years ago. I was like 14. I woke up one morning around 8 or 9 am, and I decided to close my eyes again to rest. I didn t even remember falling asleep, and it was real quick. I seen myself sleep for a second. My body tingled and was numb, and I couldn t speak. I was trying to yell for my mom, but the words wouldn t come out. Then the scary part was when I was seeing my room, there was this dark shadow in the corner of my room saying something to me.
Obviously at the time I had no idea what it was, but now lately I have been researching a lot about things like meditating, lucid dreaming, and OBEs... So now that I researched more about OBEs, I understand that I had once had one... And now I wish to have another, although my first experience was scary, but that s probably because it was unintentional.

It feels like freedom. It lets you see everything around you, my body was below me.
It opened me up to believe in spirits, since I just saw my own. I didn't have to wonder any more.
