Does this give you a sense of greater empowerment, or for a sweeter revenge ?
I personally think it's bad manners for whatever the reason, period !!!

I has to do with the most effective method of injuring or hurting an opponent/attacker. Men also use this target. Women are generally taught the groin is sensitive in self-defense classes. It is also frequently used as a joke or other part of movies, and is understood to be a sensitive area.

Like Leonard S said...it's not about fair. If you don't intend to put someone down for the big sleep, you don't need to be fighting. In a self defense situation you need to worry about yourself and expect that they mean the same to you, so cheat to win. If the groin is their weakness, the groin it is, but I'm also a fan of the eye gouge based on availability of options. Now if it was a male of any other species, choke the filthy bugger on your fist. They might gnaw/maul you a lil bit before you get your fingers on their tongue, but you'll stop em so long as it's not a biggun like a bear!

What ever the reason?. So if you are out walking somewhere and a man with really really bad manners attacks you, he has a knife and you're telling us you wouldn't do what ever you thought was possible to get away!.
But to randomly kick someone cause your angry or some lame reason is pretty rude, yeah.

It must of hurt huh...

This is because in the case of true self-defence, this is the fastest, most effective way for a woman (regardless of her size, even if she's quite petite), to defend herself against a man of any size (even if he is quite large). In a true case of self-defense, when a woman is trying to get away from a man who is trying to injure/rape her, I see absolutely nothing wrong with this.

the main reason men attack women are groin-related, so a groin-related response seems the most appropriate.

it is bad manners to attack somebody full stop. this doesn't mean it can always be avoided.

How can it be "bad manners" or "revenge" in a self defence class! The point is to disable an atttacker so you can safely escape rape and other forms of violence!

Because if a woman needs to defend herself, it's not a "man" she's fighting, it's just a pusssy with a penis. She should try to kick that penis to the moon.
Self defense means saving oneself. That means, win at all costs.

So it would be bad manners to try and defend yourself? We all know that it really hurts when a guy gets kicked there.

if you're a man, you should no the answer to this.
is that not the most vulnerable part of a man's anatomy? if your wife/gf/sister/mother were being attacked, wouldn't you want them to do whatever necessary to protect themselves?

If a man is attacking a woman, he no longer has a right to his testicles, imo.
