Today I had an interview with Ralphs, at the end of the interview the manager gave me the papers needed to take the drug test, but right now I'm taking Tylenol to help with my cold, will that show up in the drug test and make it positive? how long does Tylenol stay in your system?

Tylenol will show but not in a bad why. They know what tylenol is used for. You dont have to worry about not getting the job because of some cold medicine. I do not believe tylenol stays in your system very long. You really should be okay.

Tylenol (acetaminophen) should not cause any false positives on a drug test. You have nothing to worry about.

You should not worry about that Tylenol. Now if it has codiene be able to provide a prescrition. If you have not abused any drugs you don't have to worry about the test!

it will probably show up but iam sure i wont cause you any problems. i think Tylenol stays in your system for about 3 days

they are not checking for tylenol unless it is tylenol with codine
