YES this one and the next one:
Rev.10:5 And the angel which I saw stand upon the sea and upon the earth lifted up his hand to heaven,
10:6 And sware by him that liveth for ever and ever, who created heaven, and the things that therein are, and the earth, and the things that therein are, and the sea, and the things which are therein, that there should be time no longer:
10:7 But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets.
10:8 And the voice which I heard from heaven spake unto me again, and said, Go and take the little book which is open in the hand of the angel which standeth upon the sea and upon the earth.
10:9 And I went unto the angel, and said unto him, Give me the little book. And he said unto me, Take it, and eat it up; and it shall make thy belly bitter, but it shall be in thy mouth sweet as honey.
10:10 And I took the little book out of the angel's hand, and ate it up; and it was in my mouth sweet as honey: and as soon as I had eaten it, my belly was bitter.
10:11 And he said unto me, Thou must prophesy again before many peoples, and nations, and tongues, and kings.

Q Why is the Bible a book to be "chewed and digested"?
A This is just a figure of speech similar in meaning to another phrase, "food for thought". There are other examples of this, like "Reader's Digest". The Bible is a book that chronicles thousands of years of history and is actually a collection of books. Each book in the Bible is from a different period of time. A possible explanation to your question is that each book in the bible should be read or "chewed", since it is a portion, or "bite" of the entire meal. Eventually, the entire book can be read, or "digested".

I read the King James version of the Bible. I believe that it is an excellent rule book that should be "chewed and digested." I live by the Word found within its pages and my life has been made successful because of it. Remember this, What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? - Romans 8:31. The Lord daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation. Selah. - Psalm 68:19. Peace and God Bless.

What happens after you chew and digest food? Same in this case, it's just called "Evangelism" instead.

It is spiritual food for the heart, soul, mind, & spirit. "Those who hunger and thirst after righteousness shall be filled".
The more you read it, memorize verses, and meditate it on it, the more you'll grow spiritually.
"The Word of God(the Holy Bible) is quick and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul & spirit, and the joints & marrow, and is a discerner of thoughts and intents of the heart." Hebrews 4:12†
"It penetrates even to the dividing of soul & spirit;.... it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart."

It means to really look into the hidden meanings such as parables and Isaiah etc...to see what it reveals. And to also not just read but to ponder and pray like not just swallowing your food without first chewing it and tasting it but to go through the complete process....

Because if you don't chew and digest it, the bible will make you vomit. That is, if you read it. The bible says people that work on the sabbeth must be stoned to death. People that commit adultry, rebelious teen-agers, must be stoned to death. Cities that don't believe in god must be killed, every man woman child and all the livestock.
It's all in there. I double dog dare you to watch this short video: http://www.godisimaginary.com/video2.htm

Because there are so many bibles just left lying around that they get sent to third world countries as food so that the can do something worthwhile.
But it all ends up the same way... As a load of crap.
