I'm 16 years-old.
I exercise more than 3 times a day, on average.
I eat 3 or 4 meals a day (sometimes more)
It seems everytime I eat, my body feels like it has to exercise it off, right away.
I'm just wondering if this is normal and if I have a normal weight/height ratio?
This question is mostly for opinions, because I like to hear other people's opinions.
I will not obsess or get crazy with the opinions, I'm just wondering what you guys think.
Thanks for answering if you do.

sweetie u r thin n u know it maybe u just like to hear us say it... u may have a borderline eating disorder!!! like bulimia im worried....132 at 5'9" isnt overweight (( aslo the fact that u had to put the and a 1/2 inches is odd))

try not to work out for a whole day or 2 and write down exactly how u feel tell your doctor and see what they think!! its quite unnatural and unnecessary to work out after every meal especially if ur already healthy and at a normal weight which u would seem to be underweight at 5 9! u only need to work out 3-4 times a week for 30 mins - 1 hour

Weight for a Person 5 ft 9 in Tall: 147 lb (range 125 to 169 lb)

The Hamwi Formulas

Dr. GJ Hamwi's formulas have become very popular. They first appeared in a publication of the American Diabetes Association in 1964. The formulas are:

* For men: 106 lb for the first 5 ft; 6 lb for each inch over 5 ft

* For women: 100 lb for the first 5 ft; 5 lb for each inch over 5 ft

Weight for a Female 5 ft 9 in Tall: 145 lb

The above formulas are designed for a person with a medium size frame. Dr. Hamwi suggests that the results may be reduced by 10% for a person with an obviously light frame, and increased by 10% for a person with a heavy frame.

Light Frame: 131 lb
Heavy Frame: 160 lb

Height to weight ratio is kinda obsolete way to tell if a person is overweight or not.

The best thing to consider is the amount of body fat you have. Average female is from 16 to 20% body fat. Check your body fat percentage using body caliper or from your dietician, from there you can conclude if you have to reduce or maintain your body fat mass.

Hope this helps. Good luck.

Your BMI (body mass index) is in the 28th percentile, meaning that for females your age and size, you are heavier than 28% but lighter than 72%. So you are on the light side, but healthy.

Good for you for motivating yourself to exercise, make sure not to over train!

maybe a little light for your height but your body fat percentage is what really matters. better to be heavier with a lower level of body fat then light on the scale with a high percentage of body fat.
