Are you exercising cardio?
Are you taking your vitamins? Sounds like you could use some antioxidants like vitamins A, C, E, and D.

Do you get a lot of sun exposure? Wear a hat when you go out in the sun, or wear sunblock at least.

You may want to try some facial skin care products such as olay regenerative, or cellcosmet or cellmen by Switzerland (these are pricey, but the latest that science has developed)

Remember to take at least a multi-vitamin and drink plenty of water.

If issues of appearance are the premature aging of which you speak, then you have no serious problems. The issues you have discussed can be improved with proper skin care. If that does not resolve all your issues, then a dermatologist or plastic surgeon can help you. (without surgery). Everyone ages, some seem to age more rapidly than others and there is some genetic component, but also nutrition and proper skin care can control most of those issues.

Before you see a physician, seek out a good spa or cosmotologist who can instruct you in skin management.

This is an issue with some level of control, think about the prematurely aging who have, arthritic or other conditions of the aged. Skin issues are not truely significant to aging. A 20 year old can have bad skin if not properly cared for and exposure to irritants, like too much sun, chemical or other environmental irritants.

Good luck with your skin issues.

sounds like u need more sleep, a good skincare routine, and to stop worrying. If your skin is bumpy, I'd ask a dermatologist or maybe cosmetologist, because I'm not sure what that might be. lines in your forehead could be worry lines. these things probably aren't as noticeable to others as they are to you. Sleep and a positive outlook (no frowning!) will both do wonders for your appearance.

Some people age faster than others. Blame genetics for that. But if you eat a proper diet and exercise you can slow the process down. Get a good book on nutrition or research online about diets and aging.

Get enough rest, and fluids. Protect your skin while out in the sun, especially if your fair skinned. Don't smoke, use drugs, and watch your alcohol intake. Avoid fast food. Although it may be genetic. Not much you can do about that.
