I m 29 with a bust-line of 40", and also i ve some flabs of fat in my back & neck.My weight is around 70 Kg. I ant to reduce my bust-line, it makes me look like a over stuffed shopping bag. Could plz give me some nice and easy advice which could really help me out of it?

1) Keep it simple first

2) Eat steam food, vegetables, fruits

3) drink plenty of water and green tea

4) Avoid junk food, snacks and soda drinks

5) have 5-6 healthy meals a day (1 plate size only) to keep the tummy satisfied

6) exercise - combine weights and cardio. For stomach exercises look at situps, side planks.

since the breasts are mainly fatty tissue drastically decreasing the body fat percentage will have the only lasting effect. although your genetics will ultimately determine how much loss there would actually be in the bust. depending on your age for optimum health a women should be close to 20% body fat

mabye go to a undergarnment store and find a comfortable corset stye bra. i've never had to use one because i'm a 32A :( but my friend who has a thick midsection weras one and they make her look great.
