I think I'd go with corn relish!

If you would have asked me this question when I was a kid I would have said ketchup as well. I used to put that on everything!
Mayonnaise (the real stuff) is quite nice too!
I love everything on my dogs; sauerkraut, bacon , mustard, chili, chesse etc.
But if I had to choose just one, I'd have to say 'sweet corn relish'! You can never put too much of that stuff on anything...it's delicious!

Corn relish is great.
Pickle Relish is better
Spicy Pickle Relish is amazing
Guess thats a Texas thing. I also like to rap it in bacon inject it with cheese and deep fry it. which is also probably a Texas thing.

A good, all-meat chili. Mustard's good, but chili soaks into the bun...I have the munchies now. Think I'll get a chili dog (with onion and cheddar)

For me it would be ketchup, but I think most people would choose mustard for a hotdog. Mustard without ketchup is just gross though.
