Did you hurt when you woke up? Sometimes when I am sleeping and I am in pain, I dream about being disabled because of the pain.. For example, if my arm hurts, I dream about not having the use of my arms, etc. I thought maybe you were aching or your legs were hurting so you had that dream.
Do you still have the leg shaking problem? If so, that may be one reason why you had that dream; it could be worrying you.

Are you close to someone who does use a walker? If so, maybe you might want to choose visiting the person more often. (You might want to visit the elderly anyway, at senior centers at lunch time... they have wonderful stories to tell, and love company for the most part.)
As for your youthful self using a walker? I guess you just needed a little assist in that dream. I wouldn't take a walker as a sign on impending doom or anything... you'll be okay, I'm sure. Walkers are for people walking, not those who are stagnating in some scummy pond-like place somewhere, if you know what I mean by such a drastic description. Good luck with all!

maybe you fear partial immobility or full immobility and it's buried in your subconcious or it could be a look at what may be coming ahead ov you, in any case i would watch where u step lately!
