The wording of your question is incorrect. God did not create satan. Satan means adversary. God created lucifer, who was an angel. Lucifer rebelled against God. Thus lucifer became satan. Don't blame God for the fall of lucifer.
Also, God is more commonly referred to as He.

First off, God is a He. Secondly, God didn't create Satan, he created Lucifer, an angel Lucifer was the minister of music in heaven and believed himself to be better than God, which is why he was cast out of heaven and became Satan, the father of lies.

Pieces of 8 is right in what was written in the eyes of the Catholic Church God was a woman, and that to me makes perfect sense in how Jesus Christ came into being !!
And if the Christians of today say that "she is a he" then go back to your original book of fairy tales and have a good long look, all other religions are a breakaway from the original, and how do we know that you are all true "Christians" anyway as Satan uses all types of disguises to pull the wool over our eyes, just because you say who you are ,doesn't mean that you are telling the truth
as that is the way of the Antichrist.

If God is a women, why did "She" make the man first and made the woman from the man? Also, Why does the woman have such harsh punishments from eating of the tree. Such as Child Labor Pains, Menstrual Cycles, Emotional Distress, Level of inferiority, etc.?

Second, Satan was an Angel who was created to make music. When he was later on using his music to control the other angels ( which he now uses trough modern music to control people on this earth) and he was condemned to Hell along with 1/3 of the Angels from heaven. Satan is already in eternity, he just wants as much company. His choice has been made, which choice will you make?

God got tired of ruling the infinite universe and created a evil god. That evil god condemns good people like Gandhi to Hell and bad people like George W. Bush and Dick Cheney to Heaven, or so the christians think.

He didn't. God created Lucifer, the Light Bearer with free will. What Lucifer did with that free will was by definition outside of God's control. From that point on, it was all about teaching lessons, and damage control.

first of All God never created shaitan with plan..it was a insidence....makinh human he said all of his angels to bow the human, only one angel rejected God and said i should not bow to a mud made human as i m better than him and i m created by fire. Then God became anger and said, u showed proud in front me---from today till the day of judgement,u r excluded from my mercy...then the shaitan said, well..for this human u exclude me from ur mercy then till the day of judgement i will misguide ur this human and will take them all to the hell with me. god took it as challenge and said, well...none of my creation will gonna listen to u..u can try! then shaitan wanted some extra-ordinary power from God - like, being invisible, and so more(which features it has!)...and, till then, shaitan is trying to misguide us.

so, in one line, while creating Shaitan, god thought he can never misguide humans-his most favourite creation.

Everything has and needs its antipode.
You even perfected it by giving them 2 different genders. Great!

She...well, He wasn't thinking.
Accidentally perhaps?
But I heard somewhere that Satan supposed to be a good angel-turn-bad.
So I'd say He thought He was doing the right thing, but as it turned out, He's not.
