I am hosting a cigar party and I am wondering what are the best (alcohol based drinks only please lol!) drinks to serve with GOOD cigars.

I am spending a lot on the cigars and do not want to serve cheap liquor.

There is a fairly new Grand Marnier product called "Navan" which I recently fell in love with!!! I smoke quality cigars on a regular basis and this has been the BEST compliment I have been able to find so far. It is about $35 a bottle but WELL worth it. Check it out, you will not be disappointed.

Good Cognac in a snifter & dip the end of your cigar that you put in your mouth in the cognac & then smoke with the cognac flavor on the end of your cigar, excellent! Or Grand Marnier & Cognac, equal parts (I like more cognac than Grand Marnier, less sweet), it's called a Beautiful. Good cognac is Remy Martin VSOP, Martel VS, or VSOP, my favorite is Hennesy VS, or VSOP. Johhnie Walker Black Label is one of my favorite scotches, any single malt scotch will do.

Scotch, bourbon, cognac, brandy, or possibly a strong dark ale. Anything with a rich malt flavor is good.

good scotch is preferred with good cigars, also cognac 'Reserve des Dieux' is choice. rum of many varieties. many wines and ports, and surprisingly enough coffee, a good strong espresso fits in quite nicely, experiment.
