How to get from Brussels to Spa F1 circuit by public transport?

I'm staying in Brussels centre (Jackues Brel hostle) & need to know where public transport stops in the city & what transport it is to get to Formula 1 circuit Spa Francorchamps.

With this information I find a four and a half hours travel, but part of that is local buses and you might be able to get a better time with walking a little farther.
