how much niacin do i need to clean out my system?

i smoked to weeks ago and i need to clean out my system ... i already drank one gallon of water tonight and downed 10 niacin pills what else can i do

niacin doesn't work to clean out the system of THC for a UA. it's a very old and inaccurate piece of information. not much you can really do except keep drinking the water prior to the UA (at least 1 gallon) and try to urinate several times before the test.
